Google the Giant search Engine Launches a Product named Web Designer tool for Building HTML5 sites and Ads . Google calls Web Designer as "Professional Quality Design tool" which is now in public beta version and available for Windows , Mac . You can download Web Designer here . • Quick mode  
• Advanced mode 

 In Quick Animation mode , user can build simple designs scene by scene . You can add new view and modify the transition time . You can also change the elements quickly and build required animated design.
